Measures taken by the faculties and centres

The faculties and centres each set their own goals at the University of Bern and take measures to promote equal opportunities in their respective structures and cultures.

All eight faculties and five strategic centers have their own customized equal opportunity plans for the 2025-28 period, which they are implementing. Strategic centers without their own plans generally participate in a faculty's equal opportunity plan.
