Are you planning a catering event on the premises of the University of Bern? Please note the following:

1. Room Reservation 

Reserve the desired space through the responsible building services office. Information on locations and contacts can be found here.

2. Organizing Catering

For food and beverages, the University of Bern's catering partner, ZFV-Unternehmungen, is happy to assist you. ZFV operates the university's dining halls and cafeterias and will provide expert support in planning and carrying out your catering event.

3. Coordinating Placement

The placement of the catering setup must be coordinated in advance with building services or the responsible building committee. This ensures that ongoing operations are not disrupted.

4. Ordering Equipment

Additional equipment (e.g., tables, display panels, media technology) can be reserved through the respective building services offices.
