Staff mobility for training enables academic and non-academic employees (administration and teaching) to enjoy short stays for development purposes (e.g. job-shadowing, seminars, workshops). In the context of the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (Erasmus), visits by guests of European universities to the University of Bern may be supported financially. Attendance at conferences does not qualify for funding in this regard.
