The Service Desk team tries to solve IT problems of any kind, unbureaucratic and helpful. If this is not possible, your request will be forwarded to the appropriate team.
On our new Service Portal you can report technical incident or send any inquiries about our IT services. You will also find the knowledge base with instructions to find answers to solve the problems before you contact us.
