You don't know who your contact person is or whom to contact? You can't reach an employee of the IT services? Then we are your contact person. The Service Desk team tries to solve IT problems of any kind, unbureaucratic and helpful. If this is not possible, your request will be forwarded to the appropriate team.
Service Portal
On our new Service Portal you can report technical incident or send any inquiries about our IT services. You will also find the knowledge base with instructions to find answers to solve the problems before you contact us. Use the Service Portal to find out the solutions all about IT at University of Bern.
Students and employees with Mail2UPN sign in with the e-mail address. Employees without Mail2UPN sign in with the Campus Account: campusaccount@campus.unibe.ch
