| Icelandic Government Scholarships for Studies in Icelandic at the University of Iceland 2024-2025 |

The Icelandic Ministry of Culture and Business Affairs awards on a competitive multilateral basis scholarships to several countries - including Switzerland – for studies in Icelandic as a second language at the University of Iceland, Reykjavík. Approximately 12 scholarships are available for the period from 1 September 2024 to 31 May 2025. The scholarships are intended for students of modern Icelandic. Students must have completed at least one year of University study. Students must also have prior knowledge of Icelandic according to the requirements for BA study in Icelandic as a second language |
