Living in MURIFELD?

In our own house with garden in the popular residential neighbourhood of Murifeld, we have two furnished rooms for rent in a detached flat on the 2nd floor.

The flat has a kitchen-cum-living room, a bathroom and three bedrooms. It is a non-smoking flat.

Two rooms are rented to single persons who are looking for accommodation for their stay in Bern:

Room 1: 13m² furnished with a 140m bed, a wardrobe, a desk and an armchair, south-facing view of the greenery.
Room 2: 12m² furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a desk and an armchair. It has a balcony with a view of the greenery.

The third room is our guest room and is also used by us from time to time.

In the basement is the laundry room for shared use.
Bicycles can be parked in the outside area under a bicycle parking space.
The garden may be shared.
