1. Download the letter template below. Detailed instructions are included in the file and should be read carefully!
2. Email the fully completed and signed letter to the Grants Office by 25 OCTOBER 2024 at the latest. Note: If this deadline is not met, we cannot guarantee that the general confirmation of the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Innovation can be issued in time.
3. The Grants Office will send you the general confirmation of the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Innovation. Upload it on mySNF along with the detailed confirmation of the research institution.

This template is for Ambizione applicants whose salary is NOT included in the SNSF grant.
