Die EU-Rahmenprogramme für Forschung und Innovation sind nach dem Schweizerischen Nationalfonds der zweitwichtigste Drittmittel-Geldgeber für Forschende der Universität Bern.
Die Universität Bern beteiligt sich an einer Vielzahl von Einzel- und Verbundprojekten.
