Acro Yoga is a form of partner acrobatics that has been expanded to include yoga elements. In groups of three you will learn the different static positions and dynamic flows, alternating between the roles of “Flyer”, “Base” and “Spotter”. You train your body awareness and learn to take responsibility for yourself and your partner. Strength, flexibility, coordination and body tension are used and promoted.
Acro Yoga is suitable for everyone who is in the mood for new, creative, dynamic and playful movement patterns that are learned collectively and with mutual awareness.
In addition to the free Acro Yoga training you also have the opportunity to attend the free Acrobatics training and/or try out Acrobatics on the pole, Cyr Wheel and Slackline. In the free Manege training you will also get to know different forms of movement.
