Exchange agreements worldwide

Student Exchange Agreements (SEA) are usually initiated by teaching staff or departmental coordinators coordinators. Often, relationships between researchers provide an excellent basis for commencing agreement negotiations.

UniBE International is responsible for negotiating agreements. We review the content of the agreement text, coordinate the collection of signatures and retain a copy of the original agreement. Among other things, the agreements set out the forms of cooperation, the duration of the agreement, the number of exchange students, the selection procedure and the insurance arrangements; they are signed by the Rector.

Agreements may be negotiated at university-wide level or at departmental level.
