Landschaftsökologie Excercises

The Landscape Ecology (Lök) I lecture provides an introduction to physical geography and the Earth system. Complementing the lecture, accompanying exercises deepen the content covered and promote an applied understanding of key processes in landscape ecology.

The aim of the course is to develop a fundamental understanding of the Earth system. Students gain an overview of the structure and dynamics of the most important geospheres and the central sub-areas of physical geography, including geomorphology, hydrology, soil science, climatology and palaeo-geoecology.
