Refund

After removal from student registry or termination of employment, the UNICARD is locked for further validation. Any remaining credit can nevertheless be used for a period of 120 days after removal from student registry or the leaving date.

Submit the relevant refund request in good time, duly completed as follows:

The refund is cashless and is can only be paid by bank transfer to a Swiss bank or postal account. Any credit which is not requested, requested too late or under CHF 25 or forfeited to the benefit of the Social Fund Foundation of the University of Bern.
