Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is suitable for online meetings with small groups. It offers a range of features, such as screen sharing, chat and breakout rooms.

Teams is integrated in the Microsoft 365 suite and is available free of charge to all members of the University of Bern.

 

What do you need to do?

You can log in using your Campus Account via the desktop app or the Teams website.

The guides below explain how to schedule an online meeting, share your screen during a meeting, and use various features.

Also note:

  • In your meetings, you should pay attention to data protection and copyright, and in particular not discuss or share any particularly sensitive data.
  • If you want to record, transcribe or translate a Teams meeting or part of it, inform all participants in advance and obtain their express consent.
