Travel grants for researchers preparing international research and education projects

A planned proposal for a project within the EU Framework Programmes, COST, or EUREKA. In special cases, travel expenses for the preparation of other international projects can also be covered. |

Max. CHF 1,000 per trip for 1 person. A total of CHF 10,000 per year is available. |
Scope |
Short preparatory trips that are necessary to set up international research and education projects. Not funded: Meals and accommodation expenses, travel for research. |

Application
The application form can be filled out electronically and returned by email or by post. Please note the following points:
- Two applications may be submitted per project.
- One person per meeting will be financially supported.
- Contributions for travel are only for costs that cannot be covered by the project.
- The University’s Expense Regulations and Travel Policy must be followed.
- Flights must be booked via the University’s travel platform.
Accounting
The statement form with the original receipts is to be submitted immediately after completion of the trip via eforms.
