We are renting out our fully furnished apartment for a period of 24 months, as we will be moving abroad with the family during this time. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with 1-2 children. It is located in a quiet spot in the central and family-friendly Länggass district. The train station and city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Various shopping facilities, daycares, kindergartens, and schools are also in the nearby vicinity. Parking is possible in the neighborhood with a zone card. Internet is available.

Layout
The apartment is completely furnished. Children’s furniture can remain or be removed by arrangement. The master bedroom is spacious and equipped with a 200x180cm bed. The two smaller rooms can be used as children’s rooms, guest rooms, or an office. In the hallway, there are large built-in closets and a storage room with plenty of storage space. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. The open dining area is next to the kitchen and is separated from the spacious living room by a fireplace. From the large balcony, you can enjoy the view of the nearby Gurten and the Bernese Alps.
