B.668 3.5 room apartment + housesitting 2 cats / sublet June-December

I'm looking for a housesitter for my flat and two male senior cats (12 year old indoor cats) for 6 months (extension on prior agreement possible) as of mid June 2024.
Due to this being a housesit, the rent of the flat has been reduced from CHF 1'300 to CHF 1'000. In return for this reduction, the care of my two cats needs to be provided (without costs for cat food, health, etc.).
The flat consists of a huge living room with a well equipped (incl. dishwasher) open kitchen and access to a balcony, a bathroom with tub, a small laundry room, one bedroom and one office/hobby room with access to a second balcony. There is a double bed (140×200 cm / 55×79 in), internet, a crosstrainer and a washing machine/dryer combination, which can be used (within a normal frame). The flat is very close to a shopping mall with restaurants, cinema complex and swimming/fitness and it's also next to a small forest, which is connected to the an even bigger forest.
I'm looking for a quiet individual with experience in taking care for cats, non-smokers only. The person needs to confirm to have a "personal liability insurance" (CH insurance, in case someone breaks something like a window, door, etc.). It would also be greatly appreciated, if there is some flexibility concerning the end date.
