We rent our beautiful, bright 3-room flat in Bern during a stay abroad from 1 September 2024 to mid-March 2025.

It is centrally located in the Breitenrain neighbourhood in Bern, 50m from the bus stop:

• To the centre: 7 min by public transport, 8 min by bike
• To the University of Bern: 15 min by public transport, 11 min by bike 

The flat is well maintained, carefully looked after and fully furnished with high-quality furniture. It comprises 3 bright rooms, 1 modern bathroom, 1 modern kitchen, 1 entrance hall, a large sunny balcony (loggia) and a smaller balcony by the kitchen (see floor plan in the photos).

The flat is ideal for families with 1-2 children, but also suitable for couples and individuals. It is located in a lively neighbourhood with many shopping facilities, restaurants, playgrounds, and only 500m from the Aare river. The neighbours in the house are extremely friendly and courteous.

A laundry room, a large garden with sandpit and a bicycle shelter are available for shared use.
