Medtronic professorship

Medtronic Schweiz is financing a time-limited post as Professor of Invasive Cardiology in order to promote research in the fields of invasive cardiology and electrophysiology. The aim of this commitment is to improve diagnostics and therapy for heart disease and the problems associated with it. The University of Bern has continuously expanded its interest in the field of cardiology over the past few years and now occupies a leading position in Switzerland.
