The Office for Equal Opportunities at the University of Bern invites you to a lecture by Prof. Dr. Karim Fereidooni. His presentation will provide impulses for shaping diversity, inclusion and participation on the individual and the institutional level. This will be followed by a panel discussion with members of the University of Bern. Prof. Dr. Karim Fereidooni’s research focus is racism and education. He is Professor of Didactics of Social Science Education at the Ruhr University Bochum. As well as being the winner of the Walter Jacobsen Prize, he is also an advisor to the German government on the development of the overall strategy "Together for Democracy and against Extremism".
