Self-Service is the administrative portal for managing your academic and personal information. Here, you can manage your academic profile and personal information, as keeping these up to date is particularly important during your studies.

You can also download important documents and complete other administrative tasks related to your studies.

Registered students and doctoral candidates can log in using their Campus Account.

 

How to use Selfservice

  • View and edit personal information
  • Update your address

Deadlines:

  • Anytime
  • Download your enrollment confirmation (provided that fees have been paid)
  • Print your payment confirmation
  • Download your academic transcript

Deadlines:

  • Anytime
     
  • Confirm enrollment for the next semester
  • Submit a request for a leave of absence
  • Apply to change your degree program
  • Apply for deregistration

Deadlines:

  • For the fall semester: May 20 through August 31
  • For the spring semester: December 15 through January 31

Deadlines:

  • For the fall semester: May 20 through September 30
  • For the spring semester: December 15 through February 28
