Professors, leaders in administration and third space, research group leaders, institute directors, department heads, staff managers, and other individuals in leadership positions in higher education or related fields.

Admission to the program requires a bachelor's degree, professional experience at a university or in a university-related environment, and proven leadership experience or the prospect of assuming a leadership role. Exceptions to the admission requirements may be approved by the program director on a case-by-case basis.

- Withdrawal from the course before the registration deadline is possible without incurring any costs.

- If you withdraw after the registration deadline, you will be charged the full course fees for the service booked. If a replacement can be found for the person who has withdrawn, only a processing fee of CHF 200 will be charged.

- It is up to the individual participants to take out cancellation insurance.
