Application

The following additional documents have to be submitted with the online application form:

  • CV and a career plan
  • Science CV according to the specifications of the SNSF
  • Research plan for the stay abroad
  • Letters of confirmation and support from the host institution
  • Letters of confirmation and support from the first and second supervisors
  • Doctoral agreement
  • Master’s and Bachelor's diploma
  • If applicable: Application(s) for exemption

The application with all required documents must be submitted online via our platform.
The corresponding link will be activated one month before the submission deadline.

Important: 
The summary of the project in the online form is limited to 2000 characters.
The online application must be completed in full within one session and all documents must be uploaded. Please prepare all documents as pdf files before logging in.
