Whether you are a non-swimmer, triathlete or just fascinated by water: A variety of training sessions and courses in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, give everyone the opportunity to take part in swimming training or a swimming course at University Sport. In a swim training session, all condition factors are taken into account in a way that is easy on the joints. Swimming can help to correct or prevent postural deformities.

As University Sports offers a large number of swimming courses throughout the sports year, not all courses are displayed at the same time, but are published on an ongoing basis. You can find an overview of all swimming courses in the sports year 2023/24 here.

If you want to learn the first swimming strokes, you have the possibility to attend the advanced courses Learn to swim I / II and III. These courses are also suitable for non-swimmers. In our crawl courses we build up the fastest and most efficient swimming style. If you are over 35 years old, our 35+ courses are also open to you.

If you want to learn butterfly, take the dolphin course. The "Intensive Technique" course focuses on the swimming techniques crawl, breaststroke and backstroke, and in the "Individual Lessons" course we design the content according to your wishes.
