Hot Iron

Hot Iron is a rhythmic strength endurance training program with barbells performed to music. It is a whole-body workout that not only trains small muscles (e.g. rotator cuff), but also large groups (e.g. thigh and gluteal muscles). Its varied yet straightforward exercise routines are suitable for both beginners and advanced participants as the weights can be individually adjusted. Over the academic year new momentum is created in class with the introduction of different programs.
