Flag Football

A taste of the Superbowl at Unisport!

Flag football is the non-contact version of American Football. Instead of physically tackling a player in order to stop them, you steal a flag attached to their belt. Otherwise, the main features of American Football (passing plays, running plays, scoring touchdowns, etc.) are the same in Flag Football.

This sport is aimed at anyone who enjoys playing American Football or would like to learn how. Because it is the non-contact version, the game can be played by men and women (including in mixed teams, for example).
