Breathing and movement

Movement exercises are performed while sitting, standing, walking or lying down. Here participants focus on the interaction between breathing and perception to register their current internal and external attitude and its influence on themselves and their environment.

Moving individual parts of the body in isolation encourages greater physical awareness while awakening enjoyment in exercising to the unmistakable rhythms of African music. Every dance has a tradition behind it.
