The written confirmation of the host institution consists of 2 separate letters:

1. Detailed confirmation of the research institution
   This letter is co-signed by the Contact Person listed in the application and the Head of the institute/department. You must use the template provided by the Grants Office (see below).
   Note: The contact person cannot be the applicant. It should be the person who will supervise the applicant, e.g., Professor, Group Leader, Division Head. The contact person can be the Head of Institute/Department.
2. General confirmation of the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Innovation
   This letter is prepared by the Grants Office and signed by Hugues Abriel. It is based on the information in the detailed confirmation of the research institution.
