Representation
The MVUB represents all intermediate staff members at the University of Bern in their scientific and professional interests.
As a member of the association you can exercise your right of co-determination and participation through board and/or commission work.
The selection of relevant topics results from the current situation of the higher education environment and from within the university in the discussion with the MVUB members, the meetings of the intermediate staff faculty representatives, from the MVUB board meetings or individual concerns. This way, the MVUB raises awareness for urgent work-related concerns from intermediate staff. The board is always open for new topics that are brought to it.
