Standup paddle boarding (SUP) can be easily learned by anyone and offers a highly effective whole-body workout and balance training. When on the water, you will enjoy a fantastic feeling of gliding off into the horizon. In summer we run SUP courses in cooperation with River-SUP.

Our taster courses are ideal for beginners who want to make their first attempts on the board. Following the trial course, the L1 course can deepen knowledge and gain initial experience with the SUP on the lake or river. The courses take place between June and September.
