Kick Power is a dynamic, agile whole-body workout that incorporates elements of various combat sports (taekwon-do, karate, boxing, kick boxing and Thai boxing). The moves are performed in simple combinations to upbeat music tracks.

Regular attendance at Kick Power classes will improve aerobic performance while increasing muscular and explosive power endurance.  Very welcome side effects of training include a reduction in mental stress and above all, high levels of enjoyment.
