Box-Fitness combines fitness and boxing training. The fitness aspect is at least as important here as the correct execution of individual boxing hits and combinations. In addition, the necessary attention is paid to the defense. Training is carried out as in the boxing room - but without sparring (fighting against each other) but only against the punching bag.
