A warm-up sequence (to loosen up the joints and stimulate the blood circulation) is followed by a series of exercises with or without equipment designed to strengthen the body. 

Our aim here is to improve posture and movement through selective exercises for the skeleton and muscles by means of the participant's own body weight, rubber bands, dumbbells etc. Every training unit is rounded off with flexibility training (e.g. stretching).
