Acrobatics on the pole
The training combines acrobatics and dance movements on the pole. Gravity is overcome, spectacular tricks are rehearsed and it is not unusual for you to hang upside down from the bar. At the same time, it is also a demanding fitness training for the whole body. Regular practice improves not only your strength but also your flexibility.
In addition to the acrobatics on the pole courses, you also have the opportunity to attend the free Acrobatics training and/or try out Acro Yoga, Cyr Wheel and Slackline at Unisport. In the free Manege training you will also get to know different forms of movement.
