Forgot password?

I am an EMPLOYEE and have forgotten my password, what must I do?

A new password can be requested from the IT Services Office. You have the following options:

a) Reset via Ktools

Here you have two alternative options:

  • Reset via Natel
    •  Condition: A mobile number must be recorded and a security question answered! A new password can be set immediately. Employees can do this from their current location.
  • Reset via letter
    • Condition: A security question must be answered! A new password will be sent to an address recorded in the system.

b) Reset via Servicedesk

We can issue you with a new password immediately on production of a valid identity card.

c) Reset via the person responsible for the account

He will apply for a change of password. We shall subsequently issue a new password and send this by post.
