This event aims to brief early-career researchers on critical career steps to take in order to become a successful future grant applicant.
It is open to early-career researchers – from advanced doctoral students up to early postdocs – based at the University of Bern or Inselspital.

The event will include a panel discussion with three professors from the University of Bern who have substantial experience with early-career grant applications and evaluation. We will end the event with selected information desks on national and international funding opportunities, where the early-career researchers will have the opportunity to discuss the various schemes with experts. Please note: Grant writing is not part of the event.

This year's event is aimed in particular at early-career researcher from the field of natural sciences/life sciences. Places are limited.
