Due to a research stay abroad, we would like to sublet our beautiful apartment in Muri from September 2022 - July 2024, furnished or partly furnished. It is located on the ground floor in a 3-family house, very quiet, sunny and close to the city, near public transport station, school, kindergarten, shopping centre (all 5-10 min walk). The university can be reached in 20 - 30 min by public transport or by bike.

The apartment has 4 lockable rooms, three of which are used as bedrooms and one as an office. It also has a spacious living/dining room with a Swedish stove. 2 bathrooms (1x shower/WC and 1x bathtub/WC) and kitchen. There is a large, relatively wild garden with sunny seating area and barbecue. Washing machine in the cellar is for shared use with another family. A parking is available. 

Pets are allowed by arrangement.
