New read-and-publish agreements from 2024

08/01/2024 - The University of Bern's existing read-and-publish portfolio has been expanded to include agreements with the publishers Cambridge University Press (CUP) and Oxford University Press (OUP).

Elsevier - No agreement for a new read and publish-agreement from 2024

03/01/2024 - No agreement has yet been reached between the negotiating delegation and Elsevier for a read-and-publish agreement from 1.1.2024. Access to the published section is currently still available. In the event that they are discontinued, further information will be provided on alternatives for full-text access for members of UniBE, PHBern and Inselspital (UPD with Uni Account). Negotiations are ongoing. As soon as an agreement has been reached, information will also be provided on the conditions for free publishing in Open Access.
